Appointments are planned and prepared with care - Therefore, make sure you are on time for your appointment, then my planning is the best and I can take enough time for everyone - You can cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment, this is free of charge If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, I will be forced to charge 50% of your treatment costs. This also applies to no-show. - If you are (unannounced) 15 minutes late, the appointment will be scheduled at another time, taking into account a full agenda.
